Hi Everybody,

Sorry that I haven't posted in a while. I had my first basketball game ever on Saturday! I was mega nervous!! I was guarding this really, really tall girl. I was put with her because I'm the tallest on my team, but she was still a lot taller than me. So it was more like a wrestling match than basketball. BTW, I looked like a total different person. It's because I had my bangs back and my hair in a ponytail and I had my glasses on. I would do really really really terrible without my glasses on! Anyway, my team won 24 to 14!! Sarah is on my team. It was fun. By the end, my face was boiling hot. My dad kept calling to me from the audience and was telling me what to do. we're having a game every Saturday. I don't think I'll be as nervous at the next one as I was at the last one, though, since it was my first game and all. Anyway, something had to go wrong! I shot at the wrong hoop!! MEGA EMBARRASSING!!! Thankfully, it missed:) It made me feel better that there was another girl who did it too (on the other team). My little bro had his first game too, but I didn't get to watch it because I was working in the concession stand with my youth group. Anyway, my Sunday school teacher was watching and she didn't even recognize me! Ya, I looked that different. So it was fun and other than that, I haven't been doing much. On Monday, I had tap practice; we've started working on our recital dance and it is SUPER FAST! It's level 3. I started level 1 last year and then I skipped level 2 and so this recital dance is wwwwaaaaaayyyyy faster than the last. Anyway, my outfit for it has pink suspenders! I know, kinda weird right? But right after tap, I went straight to basketball practice and when my mom and me were leaving, she realized she'd locked her keys in the car. She had to call Dad to come get us. But something good did come out of it. Mom got me a soda from the soda machine! She wouldn't have if we wouldn't have been waiting for a while. I'll try to post again soon.
