Who's You're Friend?

I want to ask you who your friends are. In other words, what group do you choose to be with? Do you choose the popular people or the people who aren't so popular but are true friends? Usually the popular people care about worldly things. For example, they are most likely going to care about who they're seen with. They don't want to be seen with someone who isn't popular or else people (whose opinions that they care too much about) will think that they're friends with that person. You may think that it will be more fun being friends with the popular people but I'm telling you that usually they're the ones that will hurt you and be less loyal toward you. The ones that are less popular are the ones that will be more loyal toward you and less likely to judge you. There is no such thing as a perfect human friend. The only perfect friend in the whole world is JESUS! Be His friend. You don't always have to carry on to him and pray with big, fancy words... just talk to him the way that you talk to your bff. Pour out your feelings to Him and He will understand. He came to earth as a person and had human feelings. He completely lived the human experience except that he was the only perfect human. That is because he was fully God and fully human. So, yes, have other friends too. But choose them wisely. Choose friends that are Christians and choose friends who are kind and won't hurt you. But always make GOD your best friend!

P.S. Look through the Bible... the people GOD chose to do the most important things were often ordinary people. You don't have to be popular in order for GOD to use you for His work!!!!!
